Jamie Sarracco – Vice President of Construction

Jamie Sarracco manages high-end, multi-million dollar construction projects and supervises the coordination of the Project Management staff, construction operations as well as servicing our end-users in the Construction Division.  Multiple project managers report to Jamie via a matrix style of management, arranged both by trade specialties and project assignments.

Ray Giordano – Divisional Manager – Fire Alarm & Security

Ray joined Sarracco Mechanical Services in 1983.   A Master Electrician, he also holds industry certifications specific to Fire Alarm, including NICET.   Ray also oversees our specialty division, Sarracco Sentinel Fire Alarm & Security, which focuses in consumer fire/security and monitoring.

Rich Kilmer – Divisional Manager – Plumbing

Richard completed both his plumbing Apprenticeship and early Journeyman years with Sarracco.  After leaving for a few years, he re-joined the team in 1993 as a Plumbing Foreman.  He was promoted to Plumbing Road Foreman in 2000, and to Plumbing Department Manager & Project Manager in 2002.

Holding Master Licensing in multiple disciplines, Rich has extensive knowledge in all phases of Plumbing, Heating and Medical gas system and has completed construction management studies as well.  Rich has managed some of our largest projects to date, including the Patterson Country Club, The Whitney Center, Chelsea Piers CT and JM Wright Technical School.  A consummate professional, he oversees our team of most seasoned Plumbing & Heating Journeyman and Apprentices.

Tony Lipeika – Divisional Manager – HVAC

Tony has been with Sarracco for more than 27 years.  He was hired as an Apprentice in his trade and worked his way up to a Master Journeyman.  As Divisional Manager for the HVAC trades, Tony is an expert at both design and installation techniques for any possible application.

Mark O’Connell – Sales Engineer

Mark has been with Sarracco Mechanical Services for more than 25 years, first as an Apprentice Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, followed by Divisional Manager and now in his role as Sales Engineer.  Mark has a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of Mechanical contracting, and a sensitivity to the needs of each client.

Tom Szymaszek – Divisional Manager – Sheetmetal

Tom has been with Sarracco Mechanical Services for more than 15 years.   A Master Journeyman in his trade, he quickly demonstrated his management expertise by streamlining our sheet metal services into a highly effective, competitive organization.  Tom has expanded our manufacturing facility, and invested in sophisticated equipment which allows rapid, accurate production and installation of ductwork, grilles, and curbing.  Tom has been our primary manager on some of our most complex large construction projects.

Christopher Walesky – Divisional Manager – Electrical

Chris is a 3rd generation electrician who worked for his father’s company for 15 years and has been with Sarracco Mechanical Services since 2005.  Chris is extremely competent in Electrical engineering and completed the entire Stamford Town Center Retail Plaza, a $6 million project, in less than one year.
